Summary
Join Tebra as a Senior Partner Marketing Manager and drive the strategy for our partner programs. You will administer the partner portal, manage daily operations and partner relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This pivotal role involves developing and executing strategic co-marketing campaigns, creating go-to-market strategies, and analyzing campaign performance. You will build strong relationships with partners, ensuring alignment and maximizing the impact of partnership marketing efforts. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, alliance management, or a related role
- Demonstrated expertise in co-marketing strategies, go-to-market planning, and campaign execution
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with marketing analytics tools (including Salesforce and Marketo)
- Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
- Strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and data-driven decision-making
- Experience working cross-functionally to align partner programs with broader company goals and initiatives
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and program management
- Proficient in co-marketing resource creation, campaign execution, and event planning

Responsibilities
- Identify and nurture strategic alliances that align with Tebraβs goals, focusing on partnership growth and long-term value
- Plan, manage, and execute joint marketing campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, content collaborations, and events
- Develop and implement go-to-market strategies that create brand alignment with partners and drive joint business growth
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives
- Cultivate strong, mutually beneficial relationships with partner stakeholders, facilitating collaboration and ensuring alignment
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer marketing teams to maximize the impact of partnership marketing efforts
- Ensure that Tebraβs partner portal stays up to date with the latest partner enablement resources, in addition to maintaining a key understanding of current partner adoption on the portal to implement workflow enhancements
