Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partnership development, implementation, program management, or a related operational role, ideally in healthcare, social services, or a similar business
  • Highly autonomous and solutions-oriented, able to proactively identify challenges and implement structured, data-driven solutions with minimal oversight
  • Data and KPI-driven mindset, with experience setting, tracking, and optimizing performance against key metrics
  • Exceptional project management skills, including experience managing multiple complex implementations simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and external relationship management skills, with the ability to be direct while maintaining positive partnerships
  • Effective problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity in operational environments
  • Strong desire to work in an early stage startup environment that is fast paced, complex, and has minimal barriers to make decisions (no β€œred tape”)

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex implementation efforts for partnerships, ensuring timely execution of deliverables and achievement of key performance metrics
  • Develop and manage structured implementation plans that align external partners with organizational goals and operational workflows
  • Own and track performance metrics for external partners, providing data-driven insights and holding partners accountable to agreed-upon KPIs
  • Serve as a key liaison between external partnerships and internal teams, ensuring seamless coordination
  • Troubleshoot operational challenges in real time, identifying and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Sales, and Business Operations teams to ensure alignment between partner needs and company objectives
  • Support limited-time pilots by ensuring clear validation metrics and structured feedback loops
