Requirements

• 10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in senior roles, preferably in high-growth or tech environments
• Deep experience in employee relations, organizational development, talent strategy, and leadership coaching
• Skilled in partnering with senior leaders to drive business outcomes through strategic HR initiatives
• Strong understanding of labor laws and compliance in multiple regions, with a focus on Latin America
• Experience leading DE&I programs and building inclusive, high-performance cultures
• Data-driven, with the ability to use people analytics to influence decisions and improve outcomes
• Excellent communicator, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing advice on talent strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning
• Lead and execute key HR initiatives, including performance management, talent development, DE&I efforts, and employee engagement programs
• Support leadership in managing employee relations issues, coaching them on how to foster a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment
• Use data insights to identify trends, solve problems, and drive continuous improvement in people-related processes
• Collaborate with other People teams to deliver holistic HR solutions that meet business needs and drive growth
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies across all regions Bitso operates
