Senior People Business Partner

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including directly applicable experience as an HR Business Partner or other role providing direct partnership
• Relevant post-secondary qualification in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• You have worked in tech and have an understanding of SaaS company business models and economics. If you are new to tech, you are hungry to learn and research the industry
• Proven track record of strategic partnership and/or consultation to help organizations achieve results
• Excellent business acumen and a broad view of critical thinking and problem solving that extends beyond just HR programming
• Have experience with, or a genuine curiosity to learn about, analytics and data-driven decision making practices
• Strong functional knowledge of Canadian and US employment law; not afraid to roll up your sleeves when you need to research a new jurisdiction
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation

Benefits
