Requirements

  • Experience as an HR business partner (preferably in an IT company)
  • Experience in managing C-level stakeholders
  • Passion for leadership and continuous professional development in various Organizational Psychology topics
  • Open-mindedness and flexibility: an out-of-the-box approach to different mindsets, strong collaboration skills, and the ability to adapt to changing situations quickly
  • Strong sense of ownership and ability to work without supervision, including designing and managing various workflows or projects and facilitating sessions or workshops independently
  • Ability to spot details while connecting different points to find patterns and see the bigger picture
  • Courage and candidness - saying what you think even when it is uncomfortable
  • Must enjoy a fast-paced and continuously changing environment and be able to effectively handle multiple priorities simultaneously without continuous direction
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • English skills (C1)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to managers, providing advice and guidance on people-related matters, such as performance and talent management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational design
  • Mentor and coach managers to improve their leadership skills, including communication, delegation, employee engagement, and change management
  • Analyze and identify effectiveness bottlenecks across the organization and work with managers to develop solutions to address them
  • Analyze people data and provide insights to inform business decisions and improve people outcomes
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless candidate experience and support the hiring process for key roles
  • Lead or support various People Team projects that support Hostinger's culture and business objectives
