Summary

Requirements

  • 8+ years of HR experience, preferably with a focus on Engineering or technical teams
  • Strong experience in employee relations, performance management, and organizational design
  • Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships at all levels of an organization
  • Excellent problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with a data-driven approach
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with data analysis and using insights to inform decision-making
  • Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced, ever-changing environments

Responsibilities

  • Build strong, trusted relationships with Engineering leaders, partnering to align people strategies with business objectives
  • Support and deploy our People programs, including performance management, career architecture, talent management, and learning and development to help build and retain a high-performing Engineering team
  • Provide guidance and hands-on support in managing complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair outcomes while mitigating risk
  • Partner with leaders to assess team structures, design optimal organizational models, and plan for future workforce needs
  • Leverage people data and insights to diagnose challenges, measure progress, and make informed decisions
  • Support teams through organizational change initiatives, fostering resilience and clarity during transitions
  • Work closely with colleagues in teams like Recruiting, People Ops, Compensation, Learning & Development to deliver integrated solutions that enhance the employee experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a fast-growth technology company
  • Familiarity with remote-first or hybrid work models
  • Knowledge of compensation practices and workforce planning for global teams
