Requirements

  • You are able to navigate ambiguity and handle complex edge cases while maintaining sound judgment and strategic perspective
  • You are analytical with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions and solve challenging problems
  • 6+ years' experience in a senior human resources generalist or Business Partner position
  • You are excellent at coaching, conflict resolution, and building strong relationships across all organizational levels
  • You are able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in fast-paced environments
  • You are proactive in identifying opportunities and developing innovative solutions while maintaining scalability

Responsibilities

  • Partner with all levels of management as a trusted consultant, providing expertise and creative solutions for organizational design, performance management, engagement, inclusion and diversity, and talent development
  • Drive results by influencing leaders through deep understanding of their needs, priorities, and motivations
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform key talent decisions and evaluate HR program effectiveness
  • Create and implement progressive talent strategies addressing organizational health, effectiveness and engagement
  • Balance consistency and scalability while devising creative solutions for unique business needs
  • Partner with People leaders to enhance employment lifecycle programs and drive change management initiatives
  • Demonstrate expertise across HR domains including Total Rewards, Benefits, L&D, and partner effectively with respective Centers of Excellence
  • Guide leaders in people management best practices including performance, discipline, recognition and retention
  • Mentor other People Partner team members
