Epic Games is hiring a Senior Pipeline Developer to join their Art Pipeline team and improve artist efficiency. The candidate will build production workflow tooling and automations, drive programming initiatives, deliver practical solutions, and promote development progress. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science/Programming or relevant industry experience is required, along with 5+ years of experience as a Pipeline Developer or similar role.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science/Programming, or relevant industry experience
• 5+ years experience as a Pipeline Developer, Technical Artist, or similar
• Experience integrating and maintaining custom tools in 3rd Party software with python and Qt

Responsibilities

• Build best-in-class production workflow tooling and automations within an established development framework
• Scope out and drive production programming initiatives, working closely with other developers and stakeholders toward scalable, maintainable solutions
• Deliver practical, forward-thinking solutions that address the needs of Artists while working with production to balance development priorities and timelines
• Promote and demonstrate development progress to relevant stakeholders
