Senior Product Analyst

Summary

Join Netguru as a Senior Product Analyst and contribute to building beautiful software. This full-time, 6-month freelance assignment involves providing data science support to build and enhance AI/ML models. You will formulate business problems into data science projects, utilize company data to build solutions using statistical heuristics and machine learning, and design the best approach to solve business problems. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Python, and experience with data visualization tools. Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product/data analytics, consulting, or related quantitative role
• The ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way
• The determination to initiate and lead/own strategic projects to completion in a scrappy environment with a cross-functional team
• Experience in product , ad tech and/or marketing domains
• Proven experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and machine learning
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn )
• Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Familiarity with cloud platform s (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data processing services
• Proficiency in SQL
• Clear and concise communication with strong cross-functional partnership experience
• Drive measurement strategy for the area under scope, defining success metrics, and implementing best practices around experiment design and statistical analysis
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Very good command of written and spoken English (C1) is required

Responsibilities

• Formulate business problems and strategic objectives into data science projects
• Utilize company’s data to build the appropriate solutions using statistical heuristics and machine learning
• Design the best approach to solve business problems by achieving the required accuracy and meeting time constraints
• Identify the best evaluation metrics for each solution
• Support the business by answering complex questions using advanced analytics
• Build scalable machine learning pipelines that will be deployed in production
• Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden insights
• Design and run experiments for hypothesis testing and analyze its results

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Java, Scala, or other programming languages is a plus
