The candidate will be responsible for driving growth through product and organic marketing strategies, designing user onboarding processes, implementing retention strategies, using data to identify opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in Product Marketing
• Experience launching new products and/or categories from inception to product-market fit
• Proven ability to deliver measurable results
• Excellent leadership, influencing and communication skills
• The ability to lead cross-functional teams (especially Product, Marketing, and Creative teams) to produce innovative solutions
• Fluency with key business, product, and marketing analytics
• Strong analytical skills and can write queries for analysis
• Strong communication and project management abilities

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new users organically through word-of-mouth & viral engagement loops
• Design and refine the user onboarding process to ensure new users understand and find value in the product quickly, and are motivated to share this experience
• Implement strategies to keep users coming back to the product. This may involve email marketing, push notifications, feature updates, and optimizations
• Use data to identify opportunities, drive decisions and continuously improve strategies. This involves setting up and analyzing experiments, tracking KPIs, and using insights to iterate on marketing tactics and product features
