Summary
Join Coalition as the Product Leader for AI + Servicing and leverage AI to enhance internal servicing team efficiency. You will identify key problems, gather broker feedback, define success criteria, prioritize features, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions. Your responsibilities include developing an AI-driven feature roadmap, improving current tooling, and staying abreast of AI advancements. This role demands strong cross-functional collaboration, navigating complex projects, and providing leadership. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience building and launching successful software products
- Demonstrated ability to stay up-to-date on the latest AI trends / technologies and incorporating them into your product solutions
- An ownership mentality; do what it takes to deliver great outcomes
- Ability to balance being hands-on and sweating the details and looking at the larger picture and driving the strategic vision
- Effective management of cross-functional stakeholder relationships and driving alignment and decision making
- Comfortable with data analysis and funnel optimization
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for delivering AI driven solutions to drive internal servicing efficiency
- Provide technical thought leadership for the team by staying up to date on the latest trends in AI and proposing new directions to try to advance our impact
- Define metrics and goals related to servicing efficiency and develop the product strategy / roadmap for how weβll tackle this area over time
- Work closely with engineering, design and other product managers to execute the roadmap
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to make sure our features are being adopted and driving impact
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and launching AI / ML products
- Experience with the business of insurance, or related regulated financial products
- Experience building products for internal servicing teams
