Summary

Join YouGov as a Senior Product Manager, Analytics & Reporting and lead the development of analytics tools within the Crunch data platform. You will collaborate with engineering, design, research, and commercial teams to create innovative and user-friendly dashboarding and data analysis experiences. Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager for a SaaS product, especially in enterprise settings
  • Deep experience building analytics or data-centric products
  • Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern product development workflows
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical mindset—you can interpret complex data and turn it into product opportunities
  • Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and thrive in ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for analytics and reporting capabilities within Crunch
  • Lead discovery work: gather user feedback, analyze data usage patterns, and spot market trends
  • Translate challenges and opportunities into product goals, specs, and success metrics
  • Guide features through the full lifecycle—from ideation to release to iteration
  • Collaborate deeply with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, research, commercial)
  • Create and refine meaningful user experiences, especially for data analysis and dashboarding
  • Communicate clearly across audiences, from technical teams to business stakeholders
  • Use data to evaluate performance and inform ongoing product decisions
  • Adapt to changing priorities with creativity and resilience
  • Stay informed on new technologies, particularly in data visualization and analytics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with survey design, data visualization, or analytics platforms
  • Experience working with APIs and data integration tools
  • Exposure to machine learning or generative AI technologies
  • Background in customer insights, business intelligence, or marketing analytics
