Join Able's growing team as a full-time Senior Product Manager! In this role, you will partner with clients, understand their business needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and build effective product solutions. You'll be responsible for managing multiple time-sensitive projects throughout the development lifecycle, collaborating with technical teams, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. Requirements

  • Have 5+ years of experience shipping digital products
  • Have experience in software product management
  • Have experience managing client relationships
  • Have deep knowledge of all phases of the software development lifecycle
  • Have the ability to break down complex business problems by collaborating with technical teams to build project plans and product specifications, identifying simple and elegant solutions focused on important user needs
  • Have strong storytelling abilities with proven experience creating compelling presentations and selling ideas to collaborators and executive-level clients
  • Have exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Have legal entitlement to work in the U.S

Responsibilities

  • Bring your advanced knowledge of agile and lean practices, sharing your passion to keep up with evolving practices as a way to constantly improve delivery
  • Anticipate and address risks, blockers, and other potential roadblocks in advance, delivering partner excellence
  • Have a broad set of product management skills; be experienced in shipping web-based products in both startup and enterprise environments
  • Enjoy working with distributed teams
  • Take a lean approach to product management; be able to identify riskiest assumptions and have an arsenal of tools to validate them
  • Focus on learning and always look for opportunities to shorten the feedback loops (user - team feedback loop, partner - team feedback loop, planning - production teams feedback loop)
  • Be skilled at defining an MVP
  • Be data-driven; set clear and measurable success criteria, use various data analytics tools to track progress and be able to draw actionable insights that drive product decisions
  • Be a problem solver; think outside the box; be skilled at breaking down complex problems and finding elegant solutions; be able to communicate the requirements to the proposed solution in a way that motivates the team and encourages product ownership
  • Take a collaborative approach to product management; make an effort to involve people with diverse backgrounds and skill sets in your process
  • Take criticism well and know how to prioritize and incorporate varying points of view
  • Have exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ensure your communication style is clear and concise
  • Be able to tailor your communication style and approach to the needs of the audience
  • Collaborate with their teams to develop and manage all product plans
  • Manage multiple time-sensitive partner projects throughout all phases of the development life cycle

Preferred Qualifications

  • Have experience working with generative AI technology
  • Have experience working in the media and entertainment industry
  • Have experience with Adobe suite of tools, Figma, Canva or other photo editing software
  • Have a passion for digital products that translates to a deep knowledge of contemporary design patterns, trends, and best practices
  • Have humility and willingness to roll up sleeves and take ownership of clearing any obstacles the team faces
  • Be comfortable managing ambiguous requirements and shifting priorities

  • Salary range: $125,000-145,000 USD
