Requirements

• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and working with exec leaders to solve complex problems for consumer-focused products
• Understanding of user behavior and ability to speak to cause-and-effect
• Data-driven approach utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to solve challenging customer problems
• Ability to identify, advocate for, and execute on new opportunities in the absence of a clear mandate
• Ruthless prioritization to get the right things done with adaptability to pivot into different focus areas

Responsibilities

• Own the development of the Babylist Shop product strategy along with owning the roadmap and delivery
• Lead the full product management cycle for your roadmap: Discovery, Validation, Development, Launch and Measure/Iterate
• Exemplary partnership with UX, Engineering, Leadership, and Marketing on new zero to one initiatives as well as optimizing and scaling current projects
