Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a product manager at a SAAS company
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Triage incoming client requests and assigned projects, ensuring timely and articulate responses, and follow through to release
  • Collaborate with the engineering and UX team to prioritize client requests, balancing urgency and resource availability
  • Act as a liaison between the engineering team, other internal teams, and clients to facilitate clear communication and understanding of product features and developments
  • Engage in product validation and Quality Assurance (Q&A) to ensure the highest standards of product functionality and user experience
  • Oversee documentation processes for product changes and updates
  • Manage product release cycles, coordinating between teams to ensure smooth rollouts and client transitions
