Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Datavant, a data logistics company for healthcare, as a Product Manager to lead the Retrievals Operations product and ensure secure and compliant exchange of health information across thousands of provider groups. You will work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and operations partners to gather insights on user needs and ship innovative functionality that achieves operational and financial efficiency goals.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of product management experience in tech-forward companies
• Able to structure problems, develop clear problem statements and hypothesis, and prioritize work using business understanding and data
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; consistently keep teams updated on product strategy and progress
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Design and Operations stakeholders to build platform products and internal tools
• Experience, or demonstrated interest, in the healthcare provider / payer / services industry
• Experience coming up to speed in a regulated industry, inexplicable desire to read and grapple with regulations

Responsibilities

• Ensure that our internal users and external users' needs are well-served by our core product for our payer clients
• Empower our manual retrieval operations team to ensure the secure and compliant exchange of health information across thousands of provider groups
• Work collaboratively with engineers, product managers, and operations partners to gather insights on user needs and ship innovative functionality that achieves operational and financial efficiency goals
