Requirements

  • An adaptable and collaborative leader who quickly gains and holds the respect and confidence of others
  • Understand commercial drivers and market competition and make decisions that reflect this
  • Experience in building empowered teams and leading product development efforts on high-growth SaaS software products, in cross-functional product teams
  • Experience with delivery of technical aspects of B2B software or operationally complicated software (i.e. not just single-purpose apps)
  • Demonstrated Agile leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Be part of an empowered team of PMs, who control their own roadmaps, working with an excellent tech stack in a fast-moving SaaS environment
  • In collaboration with product leadership and the broader business, develop a clear and compelling strategy and roadmap
  • Provide effective leadership throughout the product discovery and delivery cycle
  • Working with the team to define product iteration objectives and feature release schedules
  • Provide support for the sales process through effective engagement with customers, input into RFPs and participation in other pre-sales activities as needed
  • Coordinate the go-to-market launch of new product features in collaboration with Marketing
  • Help EP thrive in the markets we currently play in and beyond, help to create more equitable and accessible education for all
