This hybrid/remote role (Europe) requires 3+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience, a proven track record of shipping products, high autonomy, a global mindset, and agile experience. Technical fluency, AI awareness, and strong communication skills are essential. Digital marketing savvy and deep B2B SaaS exposure are preferred. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, ideally in B2B SaaS
- Track record of shipping – You’ve led products from idea to launch and can walk us through the results you measured
- High autonomy & maturity – You’re ready to own a product stream within your first 90 days, defining strategy, uncovering new problems, and driving delivery without hand-holding
- Global mindset – Comfortable collaborating with colleagues and customers across time zones and cultures
- Agile native – Experienced in iterative releases, and data-driven optimisation
- Technical fluency & AI awareness – You can talk architecture with engineers, understand how complex distributed systems fit together, and spot opportunities to apply the latest AI/ML advances to solve customer problems
- Fluent, persuasive communicator – You write, present, and negotiate confidently in English while actively listening, distilling insights, persuading stakeholders, and selling product value
- Proactive problem-solver – You spot issues, rally the right people, and deliver solutions. No waiting for task lists
Responsibilities
- Define vision & strategy – Craft and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to company objectives and customer value
- Drive delivery – Translate strategy into detailed requirements, stories, and acceptance criteria; partner with engineering and designers to ship high-quality releases
- Champion the customer – Run continuous discovery, synthesize insights from customer interviews, usage data, and market trends, and turn them into actionable improvements
- Measure & iterate – Establish KPIs, monitor performance, and refine plans based on data-driven learnings
- Lead cross-functional collaboration – Facilitate decision-making across disciplines, remove blockers, and keep stakeholders informed and engaged
Preferred Qualifications
- Digital-marketing savvy – Understanding of the marketing tech stack will accelerate your onboarding
- Deep B2B SaaS exposure – Familiarity with enterprise buying cycles and customer workflows is a strong advantage
