Summary
Join GoDaddy as a Senior Product Manager and help entrepreneurs succeed online. You will drive platform innovation for checkout and renewals, support product vision based on customer needs and market trends, and partner with UX/research teams. Responsibilities include setting product strategy, leading execution, designing experiments, and analyzing data to demonstrate results. You will also build business cases and lead cross-team collaboration. This is a remote position, but occasional office visits may be required. The position is not eligible in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.
Requirements
- 5+ years in product management leadership in a fast-paced online environment
- Experience delivering significant results in service of business metrics and product KPIs
- Deep understanding of tools such as tableau and Google analytics to generate and interpret reports and visualizations
- Deep understanding of writing product feature requirements; building and prioritizing backlogs
- Experience leading product execution for your area to include leading a high-functioning, collaborative team of engineers
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies
Responsibilities
- Set forward-looking strategy for broad product area; forms vision and strategy that drives business results. Delivers roadmap to most effectively meet goals
- Drives planning and execution of entire product independently within larger business unit or division product strategy
- Viewed as the go-to resource to learn about customer: research, feedback, telemetry data and industry trends related to a product. Learning to coach others to help them improve
- Sets direction for design of user experience. Partners with engineers across teams to translate roadmap and requirements into executable stories. Leads workgroup in evolving agile processes
- Designs experiments that validate customer needs and inform next set of priorities, and communicates results, learnings, and next steps across impacted teams
- Increases velocity and scale of value delivery within product portfolio. Responsible for portfolio level product outcomes
- Lead the definition and creation of a balanced prioritization of the product roadmap and own the execution and quality of the deliverables
- Build business case models to estimate customer and financial improve of product changes
- Independently design, run, and analyze statistical hypothesis tests in the production environment
- Join forces across team to launch larger capabilities with the ability to motivate business units to believe in your priorities
