Summary

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products throughout the product lifecycle
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • You can strike a balance between user focus and business judgement to drive sustainable growth
  • Being comfortable using modern tools for managing product development (Monday.com, Notion, Figma, GA4 etc.)
  • The ability to use and interpret complex data and metrics to inform decisions and success
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of initiative and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and beyond, ensuring that our products (digital & physical) deliver value to our customers whilst contributing to the success of our company
  • Own the end-to-end delivery of your products, ensuring that development is prioritised in line with the agreed product goals and metrics
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Design, Engineering, Data, Research and Growth, to translate market insights, user needs, and business goals into compelling product experiences
  • Build and own product roadmaps that align with the company’s vision based on input from internal stakeholders, customers, market research and your own industry insight
  • Champion user-centric design principles and ensure that our products provide intuitive and delightful experiences
  • Conduct user testing (A/B testing, customer interviews, surveying etc.) gathering feedback and iterating to drive continuous improvement
