Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Hungryroot as a Senior Product Manager and drive product optimizations and features, from independently run experiments to major product decisions. Backed by strong analytical skills and business acumen, you will develop insights that lead to new ideas and work with engineering, data science, and operations teams. This role reports to the Director of Product and will help serve customers' personal assistant for healthy living. You will be responsible for the entire creative cycle of product features, from ideation to iteration. Hungryroot is a remote-first company with a supportive and collaborative culture. • Experience leading the end to end product lifecycle for large and complex initiatives
• An instinct for creating simple and intuitive user experiences

Responsibilities

• Drive product features through their entire creative cycle: ideation, specification, development, release, analysis, and iteration
• Establish the product vision and strategy for your product set/feature
• Build alignment across all cross-functional stakeholders and leadership team
• Perform qualitative and quantitative research to explore and validate feature ideas
• Partner with product designers to ensure delightful user experience
• Work with engineers to help guide feature development
• Perform experiment analysis on features and find opportunities for optimization
