• Experience with experimentation tools (Optimizely, Hotjar, Google Optimize, LaunchDarkly, etc.)
• High collaboration across the team and across other teams and departments
• Ability to analyze experiment results to aid in decision making
• Strong communicator who will be sharing learnings and results frequently across Jane
