Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a preference for experience with platforms or SaaS products
- Strong technical background, with a solid understanding of software development and web technologies
- Deep understanding of product management methodologies
- Proven expertise in data-driven decision-making
- Demonstrated success in managing and launching software products
- Outstanding project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- High proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive product knowledge by understanding the problems it solves and the benefits it offers to customers and end-users
- Apply data and insights to inform product decisions, defining the necessary analysis to ensure flawless decision-making
- Serve as the product owner for key applications, ensuring their success from inception to maturity
- Pioneer the exploration of new use cases, demonstrating our exceptional scientific and engineering capabilities to identify market opportunities, iterate promptly towards MVP, and conduct in-market testing
- Play an active role in crafting the vision and strategy for our products, aligned with company objectives
- Engage effectively with users to understand their needs, developing new opportunity hypotheses that drive product innovation
- Collaborate daily with our engineering, science, design, and go-to-market teams, ensuring alignment around our ambitious product vision and strategy
- Stay informed on market trends, particularly those related to accessibility in the enterprise sector
- Coordinate the product delivery process from alpha/beta MVP stages to general release, ensuring a seamless transition
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in software development or QA automation engineering
- Experience with building products for developers
- Knowledge of regulations related to digital accessibility (e.g., Section 508, ADA)
- Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 AA requirements
- Experience using diverse personas to influence product design
- Experience crafting inclusive experiences
- Experience with accessibility conformance testing
