Senior Product Manager, Remote - India

Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Manager to join Loopio, a growing B2B software company. The role involves leading product roadmap prioritization, gathering customer insights, working closely with engineering teams, driving lean and agile development, defining success metrics, and more. The position requires 5+ years of product management experience, 3+ years in a lean and agile environment, Salesforce product delivery and integration experience, design thinking skills, strategic thinking, strong communication skills, technical understanding, and an obsession with learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in product management, shipping successful products in the Enterprise space
• 3+ years working in a lean and agile product development environment; you can validate concepts and bring features to market quickly, and iterate intelligently based on customer feedback
• Experience with successfully delivering and managing Salesforce products
• Experience with building integrations involving Salesforce, and third-party applications

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and data-driven experiments to prioritize the product roadmap for both Loopio and Loopio for Salesforce product offerings
• Work alongside our UX Design, Customer Experience, and Sales to gather insights about current and prospective customer pains in order to deliver the most value to our customers through automation
• Work closely with our Software Engineering teams to incorporate technical feedback early and often
• Drive a lean and agile development process; define meaningful sprint cycles, and run constant data-driven experiments
• Collaborate with our Customer Success, Support, and Sales teams to gather information about current and prospective customer pains; keep the product roadmap lines of communication open
• Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research initiatives to identify customer problems and opportunities; use your insights to guide the product to where it will be positioned to stand out from competitors
• Define and own the measurable success metrics for each of your initiatives; drive product development against those metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (nice to have)
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications in SaaS products is preferred
