Summary

We are seeking an experienced product manager to own a large product domain, proactively identify customer pain, and independently collaborate with design & engineering to create solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 5-7 years experience in product management, software development, or equivalent experience
  • Create an inclusive environment that brings a diverse set of ideas to the table to deliver innovative, high quality, timely solutions to problems
  • An individual with a growth mindset, innovation to empower others, and collaboration to realize our shared goals.Β 
  • Strong business acumen and proficient knowledge across finance, marketing, design, sales, analytics, or communication
  • Experience in B2B SaaS product experience
  • Experience in brands, vendors, purchasing, supply chain
  • Experience working on a 0-1 product

Responsibilities

  • Develop the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high impact growth product areas
  • Daily hands-on collaboration with design & engineering to execute on your product roadmap
  • Be directly accountable for driving incremental ARR with new product introductions, features, and enhancements
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs, anticipate objections, and identify differentiated solutions that bring innovation into the cannabis industry
  • Responsible for defining KPIs, ensuring every aspect of the service is instrumented and delves deep into the data to identify key insights and drive decisions based on them
  • Build alignment across the company on the team’s vision with leadership and executives, as well as cross functional partners including growth operations, carrier partnerships, finance, and more
  • A real generalist who cracks any and every problem with creative solutions, and has a strong natural sense of what's technically and commercially viable
  • Help shape broader team and company product priorities and investments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in AdTech, E-Commerce Funnel Optimization
  • Experience in understanding of user analytics, experience with A/B testing
