Remote Senior Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• 5+ years experience working in highly regulated application/product development
• 3+ years of equivalent product management experience in an agile software product environment
• Plenty of experience successfully collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of product managers, engineers, designers, and other business stakeholders in a software product company
• Passionate about combining highly regulated sectors, compliance, software, and business value
• Knowledge of user journeys, personas, use case development, market, business, and competitive analysis
• Ability to bring market and business understanding into the product to deliver differentiated value for customers and prospects aligned with Dynatrace’s goals and strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global strategies for highly regulated sectors
• Own the compliance and regulatory requirements aspects of the product roadmap for financial services, healthcare, and government
• Represent the end user’s point of view, and strive for innovative solutions by answering the WHY and understanding the end user’s pain points
• Work in a global team and collaborate tightly with sales, support, services, the CISO, the CPO, product management, development, marketing, and legal to bring Dynatrace to the next level
• Apply customer-and user-centric thinking to define the target audience, use cases, needs, and pain points in the highly regulated sectors
• Provide market and competitive insights, product positioning, and concrete assets to enable and contribute to go-to-market
• Create, drive, and maintain the product roadmap with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) scope
