Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any engineering career
• 5+ Years of experience working as a Product Manager
• 3+ Years of experience working in the Finance Industry or a Fintech
• Years of experience working with B2B and/or B2C products
• Advanced English Level is required for this role as you will work with US clients. Effective communication in English is essential to deliver the best solutions to our clients and expand your horizons

Responsibilities

• Develop and keep updated a comprehensive product strategy based on smart planning and continuous discovery
• Build a roadmap and set key business objectives (OKRs) for your respective product
• Leverage the knowledge of your product, as well as, customer feedback and establish other relevant data points to assess value, develop business cases, user story maps, and user stories, and prioritize the direction and desired outcomes for your product
• Communicate effectively to stakeholders, the product strategy including the discovery, delivery, and optimization plans to product growth at the market
• Lead a product and work in unison with engineers, UX designers, UX researchers, Product Strategy, Product Analysts, and business partners to deliver a product
