Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ Years of experience working in Product Management
• 3+ Years of experience working with SQL
• 1+ Years of experience working with AI and Automation technologies and their applications in transaction routing
• Payment ecosystem experience
• Experience managing technical software products from kick-off to ship
• Advanced English Level

Responsibilities

• Define the strategy and roadmap for the routing team, focusing on selecting the best provider to route transactions
• Develop and implement AI and ML-based solutions to optimize transaction routing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and operations, to develop and deploy routing solutions
• Develop and implement internal tools for our routing solutions
• Analyze and use data to make informed decisions and continuously improve routing strategies
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI, ML, and payment technologies
• Ensure that routing solutions comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Work closely with other product teams to ensure that routing solutions meet the needs of our customers and internal stakeholders
• Lead discovery sessions with business teams to identify new opportunities
• Lead the design of solutions, working with business teams to bring the details down to earth
