Summary

Requirements

  • Experience: 4-10 years of Product Management experience with software products
  • Strong presentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Systems thinking: Ability to see how various products and features should fit together
  • Demonstrated ability to identify foundational issues with product strategy
  • Execution: Self-starter, independently motivated
  • Communication and collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work closely with, manage and align stakeholders
  • Ability to create and communicate intuitive frameworks for thinking about products

Responsibilities

  • Communicating a cohesive product investment framework
  • Distilling complex problems and opportunities into simple requirements
  • Aligning diverse partners and teams to guide a shared vision
  • Setting goals, success metrics, and roadmap for the team
  • Working with Designers and Engineers to prioritize, plan, and execute
  • Partnering with Product Operations to enable complex rollouts for Newfront clients

Preferred Qualifications

  • Long-term product strategy: Experience creating strategic product roadmaps that span multiple years
  • Relevant domain experience: Prior experience with fintech, health tech, marketplaces, insurance, or data aggregation
  • Technical aptitude: Background in Computer Science, Math and Statistics, Operations Research, or a related technical discipline
  • Experience managing Product Managers and other product-adjacent functions (e.g. Designers, Analysts)

  • $176,000 - $220,000 a year
