About the Opportunity

Financial Product Team

The Financial Product Team strives to provide secure, simple, and reliable crypto financial services to users worldwide. With a focus on user satisfaction, the team is responsible for key functionalities of earn and loan products.

By continuously refining and enhancing these core aspects, the Financial Product Team aims to provide customers with an exceptional user experience, empowering them to earn crypto daily in a trusted space or borrow crypto easily.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responsible for designing and managing industry-leading cryptocurrency loan products.
• Optimize the user experience of the product for retail investors
• Cooperate with growth team for the go to market strategy and propose further enhancement for the product according to feedback from the market
• Design loan products according to user usage scenarios to drive the increment of the overall platform loan scale;
• Collect user requirements, analyze competitors’ products and generate product idea to optimize product experience.

What We Look For In You:

• Have in-depth knowledge and experience in the financial industry, design and manage the solution of fixed income, loan products, and financial derivatives of financial institutions such as banks, securities companies and asset management institutions.
• Have in-depth knowledge and experience of blockchain and cryptocurrency with a desire to learn more about this industry as a long-term goal.
• Have an innovative mindset and be able to solve problems with creativity.
• Bachelor degree or higher, relevant experience in the financial industry, and speak fluent English as the everyday language of business. Master’s degree or higher from a well-known financial institution is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in the crypto industry with exposure to obtaining licenses and approvals for crypto-related businesses
• In-depth knowledge of local and international crypto regulations and emerging trends
