Requirements

  • 7+ years in product and leadership roles, demonstrating a strong foundation in managing and guiding teams to achieve goals
  • Proven experience in taking critical features and, ideally, whole products from ideation to launch
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience, with a focus on in-person interactions to drive product success
  • Strong grounding in business fundamentals to make great long-term decisions for the product and company

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the GM and cross-functional teams to develop a strategic roadmap aimed at exceeding $25M in ARR within three years post-launch
  • Lead and coordinate efforts across various departments, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure cohesive product development and launch
  • Oversee all phases of the product's lifecycle, from initial concept through development to market introduction and scaling
  • Lead a high-performing team to drive product excellence in a start-up environment supported by a larger entity
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform product features and enhancements, ensuring market relevance and competitive edge
  • Plan and execute the launch strategy, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customers' needs and business goals
  • Be recognized as a market, competitive, customer, and business expert both within Ontra and in the industry

Experience in private or public markets, offering valuable insights into industry dynamics
