Senior Product Manager

Summary

Redcoat AI is seeking a Product Manager to guide product development efforts for their solutions targeting phishing over various platforms. The Product Manager will conduct market research, develop product strategies, collaborate with the engineering team, and define metrics for success. Ideal candidates should have significant product management experience in Enterprise SaaS products, an entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication skills, and ideally experience in cybersecurity or related fields.

Requirements

• Significant product management experience with Enterprise SaaS products
• Entrepreneurial spirit, comfortable in a fast-moving startup setting, and good at handling ambiguity
• Excellent internal and external communication
• Bias towards action and experimentation

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, identify new opportunities, and keep abreast of industry trends
• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products
• Develop product roadmaps and strategies that align with the company's vision and market needs
• Collaborate with the experienced engineering team to prioritize product features and iterate on existing products and come up with new solutions
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products. Use data-driven decision-making to iterate and improve product features continually
