Requirements
- 7+ years of work experience building and/or managing products with a substantial complexity
- Strong technical affinity or a STEM degree
- At least three years of experience managing a product in any of these domains: Machine learning/AI model development, Regulated medical industry, 3D space (CAD, simulations, etc.)
- A knack for driving product operations and rallying all members to push projects through to completion
- Exemplified track record working in empowered product teams: coaching a product team to handle the full responsibility of delivering an outcome
- Self-starter who needs minimal guidance to get things done
- Detail-oriented, quality-minded, and data-driven
- Structured way of working and communication
- Team player and collaborative mindset
- Experience with complex stakeholder environments (both internal and external to the company)
- Based in a time zone between UTC-1 and UTC+3 (-2 to +2 hours Amsterdam time)
- Ability to fly in for company events 4-6 times a year (Β±7 days each quarter)
Responsibilities
- Drive our crown design (AI + tools) to production with a couple of partners, while expanding the clinical spectrum it can address
- Navigate our prosthetics products through quality and regulatory milestones by ensuring comprehensive documentation, meeting compliance requirements, and maintaining rigorous quality standards throughout development
- Support the adoption of other prosthetics automation internally and by customers
- Guard product team excellence through metrics, (regulated) quality control, process, and progress reporting
- Collaborate effectively internally and with our development partner to maximize their reach and impact on our prosthetics automation
- Ensure that our product performs well, is easily accessible, and offers a great user experience to increase the satisfaction score of dental laboratories and clinicians significantly
- Ensure successful integration and satisfaction with our prosthetics automation products across partner platforms
- Strengthen and integrate the product feedback loop with your product team and partners
- Drive product team operations to achieve goals by maintaining the product roadmap, facilitating agile ceremonies, collaborating with clinical experts, grooming the product backlog, writing product specs, and holding the team accountable for results
- Plan and manage releases according to quality management procedures
- Continuously focus on quality and clinical performance: Follow up on issues, address product underperformance in clinical cases, and assure quality in new features via in-house clinical expertise and user testing
- Standardize communication across teams and partners to keep everyone on the same page, manage dependencies, and process user feedback and requests, support, and other cross-functional teams
- Drive product adoption while collaborating with partners to ensure their successful implementation of AI products and alignment with shared goals
Preferred Qualifications
- A degree related to artificial intelligence, (bio)mechanics, biomedical, materials science, or industrial design
- Experience with (tools for) conducting customer research, aligning with company goals, and translating research into product requirements
