Requirements

• Proven success in a Product Management role within a SaaS company
• Demonstrated ability to launch products and improve outcomes in a metrics-driven environment
• Solid understanding of software development processes and cloud-based infrastructures
• Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and align cross-functional teams
• Ability to foster a collaborative, results-driven environment
• Proficiency in agile and lean product management principles
• Experience using product management and analytics tools to make informed decisions
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be proficient in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Identify market opportunities through customer research and data-driven insights
• Partner with engineering teams to ensure timely, high-quality product deliveries
• Collaborate with client care and sales teams to translate customer feedback into actionable enhancements
• Utilize agile frameworks for sprint planning, backlog management, and iterative development
• Apply lean principles to validate product assumptions and deliver measurable results
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments to refine features
• Track and analyze product success metrics to inform future decisions

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with APIs and modern development practices is a plus
