Summary

Join Remedy Product Studios, a rapidly scaling technology company, as an outcome-oriented Product Manager to lead the execution of an early-stage Web3 investment platform. You will collaborate closely with the founder, design, engineering, and external stakeholders to develop a lean, compliant MVP prioritizing UX simplicity, crypto compliance, and financial functionality. This role demands a strong understanding of agile methodologies and cross-functional team leadership. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in product management, particularly within the Web3 or FinTech sectors, and demonstrates exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, at least one Web3 product or FinTech app
  • Fluent English (at least B2+) with both written and spoken skills used for clear and active communication with native speakers
  • Experience launching consumer-facing MVPs in lean/agile teams
  • Strong understanding of crypto wallets, KYC flows, or investment onboarding
  • Experience with security tokens or tokenized real-world assets
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C products
  • Skill in breaking down problems, finding and describing solutions, attention to details
  • Empathy with effective communication skills - both verbal and written; presentation skills
  • Deep knowledge of development methodologies ( Agile, SCRUM)
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Linear, Notion, and Jira

Responsibilities

  • Act as the TAP (Totally Accountable Person) for end-to-end delivery
  • Propose lean scope to hit MVP launch target
  • Regularly interface with client’s engineers and founder to adjust scope
  • Lead a cross-functional team through agile processes (roadmapping, sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily scrum, sprint reviews)
  • Monitor risks, quality and project progress
  • Constantly communicate with stakeholders and align progress with business process, goals, objectives and strategy. Be a subject-matter expert for them
  • Represent users at every turn—especially non-technical retail investors
  • Forecast impediments to sprint backlog or completion during planning to solve bottlenecks where necessary. Be able to define short and long term goals
