Senior Product Manager

Summary

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years leading product teams in healthcare technology or related industries
• Proven experience managing and mentoring Product Owners and coordinating multiple product workstreams
• Strong track record of successful collaboration with C-level executives and key business stakeholders
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and healthcare regulations (HIPAA, FDA, etc.)
• Strong background in creating business cases, product strategies, and translating market opportunities into product initiatives
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences and influence decision-making at all levels
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Product Owners while providing strategic direction for multiple product lines and features
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable product strategies
• Orchestrate multiple product initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment with company strategy and market needs
• Define and communicate product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment across all stakeholder groups and product teams
• Create compelling business cases and ROI models for new product initiatives
• Lead collaboration between Product Owners, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Clinical teams to ensure successful product delivery
• Work with leadership to ensure proper resource allocation across product initiatives

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise healthcare software or SaaS platforms
• Understanding of AI applications in healthcare (nice-to-have)
• Knowledge of value-based care models and population health management
• Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Background in virtual care or telehealth solutions
• Experience with Agile at Scale methodologies (SAFe, LeSS, etc.)
• Track record of successful product launches in regulated healthcare environments
• Basic understanding of AI capabilities and potential applications in healthcare
• Familiarity with healthcare data analytics and reporting
• Knowledge of modern API architectures and integration patterns
• Understanding of healthcare security and compliance requirements
• Awareness of emerging digital health technologies and trends
