Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager and help us tackle the challenge of residential energy efficiency while applying your valuable product management skills to a serious world problem.

Requirements

• You want to apply your valuable product management skills to a serious world problem (climate) and a perennially thorny solution space (residential energy efficiency), even if the press is mostly talking about how soon LLMs will make our lunch for us
• You are comfortable and experienced with smaller teams or early stage products and enjoy broad ownership and varied responsibilities
• You can connect with the needs of our often tech-ambivalent contractor users who aren’t always excited to add a new app to their toolbelt, but do love that we are solving their root problems
• You can spot the patterns across sometimes-rigid government programs and help design product solutions which are flexible and high-leverage
• You see product as an intersection of broad technologist solutioning and entrepreneurial creativity
• You have enough experience to pattern match and help us navigate, but not so much that you mind getting into the weeds and getting done what needs doing

Responsibilities

• Connecting the engineering team to the business, understanding our strategy and challenges, and identifying technology solutions
• Curating a roadmap of impactful projects and being opinionated about what should come next
• Identifying customer needs and value creation opportunities by talking to users, brainstorming with our team, and getting external exposure to the industry
• Partnering with the engineering team to ensure and maintain a high bar on quality through the release and maintenance phases
• Executing consistently and effectively with thoughtful PRDs, well organized projects, and clear communications to internal and external audiences
