Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in product management, working closely with engineering, design and cross-functional teams
  • Extensive experience in direct-to-consumer or multi-sided-marketplace digital product ecosystems, with a focus on both mobile and responsive web experiences
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Strong technical foundation, with a solid business acumen and appreciation for design
  • Ability to distill and translate complex technical topics into easily communicable business updates
  • Innovative problem solver who can quickly grasp concepts and drive ambiguous problem into clear solutions
  • Demonstrated skill at product planning, including product definition, prioritization, and gaining insights from product metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver and launch new solutions that drive business goals, create delightful experiences and improve caregiver user experience
  • Create close alignment with marketing, engineering, design and product to drive clear understanding of product features and value statements
  • Translate our product strategy into an achievable roadmap based on objectives and customer needs
  • Clearly communicate strategy and goals across the company throughout all phases of work, from ideation to measurement
  • Lead product initiatives through definitional / discovery stages. Effectively break down problems and rigorously prioritize and set scope. Research, write and analyze requirements
  • Leverage design thinking to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the caregiver audience, needs, and user experience
  • Regularly monitor and report on the progress of development efforts, ensuring transparency and accountability within the team
  • Define and analyze metrics that inform product & business success
