Summary

Join our team as a Senior Product Manager and deliver successful products in our rapidly changing ecosystem, building and shipping data-driven products from ideation to rollout.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years as a Product Manager
  • Experienced in SQL to aid in analysis and comfortably navigate large data sets
  • Samples of product requirements that you can share, or the ability to otherwise demonstrate personal excellence in this area
  • Strong knowledge of programmatic advertising and a clear understanding of campaign setups, budget management, best practices
  • Detailed understanding of display, social, search and metasearch advertising changes.ย 
  • A strong technical acumen (explicit engineering background not required)
  • A bachelorโ€™s degree from an accredited college or university or similar experience. Strong preference given for computer science (CS) or business undergraduate degrees (BS, BBA). An MBA/MS is also highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and success for Sojernโ€™s campaign automation and optimization tools
  • Responsible for end-to-end product lifecycle management responsibilities: ideation, stakeholder management, stakeholder feedback, data science test prioritization, product development, rollout/go-to-market strategy, managing a backlog and ongoing, continuous innovation for your product(s)
  • Collaborate closely with other PMs, business leaders, and engineering
  • Gather requirements from product marketing managers, PMs, data scientists, sciopts analysts, campaign analysts and leadership
  • Prioritize backlogs, manage sprints, and deliver product features in an agile environment
  • Present product roadmap reviews to the company on a regular basis
  • Manage product documentation and keep relevant resources up to date
  • Participate in training sessions for core users of the automation and optimization tools
  • Ensure product success through continuous performance tracking/monitoring and continuous process improvement
  • Provide thought leadership toward innovation and staying ahead of industry trends
