Requirements

  • At least 5 years of product management experience at a high-growth small company or an established technology-led organization
  • Experience leading the vision and development of products or large-scale platforms, with at least one example of taking a product end-to-end, from ideation to launch, iteration and scale
  • Experience working with data science teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities

  • Shape the direction of our products
  • Drive products from conception to launch
  • Lead the vision and development of products or large-scale platforms
  • Take a product end-to-end, from ideation to launch, iteration and scale
  • Navigate competing priorities between evolving existing features and investing in next gen technologies
  • Work with data science teams
  • Drive alignment from strategy to execution, and across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Dig deep into the data, and think from first principles
  • Define clear success metrics and embrace experimentation
  • Act like an owner
  • Be a self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and has a strong bias towards action
  • Pair strong problem solving skills with a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence
