Senior Product Manager

Summary

The job is a Senior Product Manager position at Transfr, where you will lead the product lifecycle for their training products, Virtual Training Facility and Virtual Healthcare Clinic. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, industry experts, and customers to deliver efficient VR and web-based training programs.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in Product Management
• Education, training, and/or Ed Tech experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a product vision, roadmap, and requirements in collaboration with Engineering, UX Design, Learning Experience Design and QA
• Define and prioritize learning and curriculum-related product requirements for the training product portfolio including the VR platform, customer dashboards, internal dashboards and infrastructure in collaboration with the Customer Success, Curriculum Programs, and Learning Intelligence teams
• Incorporate customer feedback into product development and post-launch iterations
• Monitor how features are used in production and iterate on features as needed to achieve goals
• Coordinate and communicate both externally with customers and internally with all levels of team management up to the CEO
• Collaborate with all internal teams to ensure product line goals are met

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast paced, venture-backed SaaS startup environment
• Experience in VR or immersive technologies
• Experience in curriculum or educational program design

Benefits

• The base salary range for this position is expected to be between $160,000 and $170,000, with the actual base salary amount dependent on a number of factors
• In addition to salary, this role may be eligible for variable compensation and additional company benefits such as stock options, 401(k), paid vacation and sick time, and medical/dental/vision insurance
