Senior Product Manager

Summary

The job is for a Senior Product Manager on Twilio's Phone Numbers team. The role involves driving product development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, research, and decision-making. The position is remote and based in Colombia, LATAM.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management in SaaS or CPaaS
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches and driving product strategies
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Use of quantitative and qualitative data to make product decisions, get executive buy-in, and drive towards measurable team, product, and financial performance
• Initiative, ownership, and accountability to decode vague priorities, manage conflicting tasks and provide the day-to-day blocking and tackling against ambiguous and complex challenges
• The ability to collaborate and influence effectively across cross-functional teams
• Experience with the cloud, APIs, communications, and/or enterprise software
• Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Responsibilities

• Collect business requirements that meet customers needs and collaborate with engineering teams to build products that customers love
• Partner with cross functional stakeholders to drive product planning, design, execution, and delivery of product investments against defined success metrics
• Develop, communicate, generate excitement for and obtain buy-in of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
• Partner with GTM to launch products and enable sales and marketing teams to obtain product adoption and growth
• Dive deep into the phone number ecosystem to surface insights, conduct research, and identify new opportunities to improve the phone number platform capabilities
• Conduct regular data-driven business reviews that analyze product execution and revenue/market accomplishments
