Requirements
- Clinical background required; health system experience, working in clinical EMR systems, or working with providers
- Good understanding of medication management and clinical practice, chronic disease care, and patient engagement strategies
- Strong ability to synthesize clinical data, patient outcomes, and provider feedback into actionable product insights
- Experience designing digital tools for healthcare providers or patients, with a focus on usability and clinical effectiveness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to product decisions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Passion for improving healthcare, empowering patients, and reducing medication burden through innovation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment with cross-functional teams
Responsibilities
- Lead product development for initiatives focused on medication reduction, personalized treatment pathways, and clinical decision support
- Collaborate with clinical and research teams to define safe, evidence-based strategies for reducing medication dependency while ensuring patient well-being
- Partner with engineering and design teams to create intuitive digital experiences that support both members and clinicians in medication management and health improvement
- Translate clinical insights into product roadmaps, defining requirements and prioritizing features that maximize patient outcomes
- Develop and refine clear product specifications, including user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria, ensuring seamless execution
- Work closely with clinical operations, quality, and compliance teams to align product development with healthcare regulations and best practices
- Analyze real-world data and clinical outcomes to iterate and improve upon product effectiveness
- Act as a liaison between clinical and product teams, ensuring alignment on goals, needs, and opportunities
- Support provider education, change management, and adoption of new tools that optimize clinical workflows and patient engagement
- Contribute to strategic planning, quarterly roadmaps, and product rollout initiatives to ensure smooth deployment and adoption
- Additional duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
- RN background preferred
- Prior 3+ years of product management experience in digital health, health tech, or clinical/EMR software development preferred
