Senior Product Manager

Summary

Join Urban Sports Club as a Staff Product Manager and lead high-impact initiatives across the member journey, from acquisition to retention. You will provide end-to-end product leadership, execute company strategies, define success metrics, and drive teams to achieve OKRs. Collaborate with engineers, designers, and other product leaders to shape the member experience. Mentor other PMs and contribute to a culture of product excellence. This senior individual contributor role requires 9+ years of experience in product management with a focus on consumer-facing mobile products. You will need strong technical fluency and experience leading without direct reports.

Requirements

• You bring 9+ years in Product Management with significant experience leading consumer-facing mobile products end-to-end
• A strong track record of delivering measurable business impact through thoughtful, iterative product development
• Deep product execution skills, you know how to ship fast without compromising quality or user experience
• You’re an expert in product discovery, user research, A/B testing, and using data to inform decisions
• Strong technical fluency, you can talk APIs, software architectures and platform trade-offs with engineers
• Experience navigating complex organisational environments and leading without formal authority
• You demonstrate a strong ownership mentality, you don’t just ship features, you drive outcomes
• You’re passionate about mentoring others and fostering a culture of continuous learning and product excellence

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end product leadership for high-impact initiatives across the Member experience (e.g. personalisation, discovery, check-in flows)
• Execute our company strategy, vision, and roadmaps within a domain, while deeply collaborate with your peers to ensure a cohesive user experience
• You will own key business and customer outcomes: define success metrics, set clear goals and drive teams to execute against OKRs
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, prioritisation and delivery against company goals
• You’ll mentor mid-level and senior PMs and elevating product practices across the Product Management function
