Join our Product team at Yottaa to deliver tangible value to global customers through relentless pursuit of optimizing every digital experience. As a product manager, you will work with customers, prospects, and partners to bring additional website performance features to market.

Requirements

  • Strong product management or related web performance improvement experience at fast growing technology companies
  • Top tier MBA or equivalent experience preferred
  • Proven track record of researching and identifying customer/market business problems, assessing market potential and problem-market-fit, developing business cases, and determining the right solution to achieve product-market fit
  • Demonstrated track record of success in the full lifecycle of product management: market research, product vision and roadmaps, requirements elicitation and elaboration and launching/measuring new features adoption
  • Ability to articulate and communicate with customers, partners and internal teams. Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ample experience in collecting customer, prospect, and market feedback, and synthesizing it to inform product, marketing, and implementation decisions. Experience creating business plans and supporting business analysis
  • Experience constructing interpersonal relationships across teams, communicating technical content and analytical insights to multiple audiences
  • Ability to proactively manage and own market requirements from start to finish
  • Data-driven with the analytical abilities to identify opportunities and drive core KPI analysis
  • Experience with Pendo or similar in-product analytics and messaging tools

Responsibilities

  • Identify and define the key value drivers that differentiate Yottaa in market and uncover new opportunities that drive value for Yottaa and our customers
  • Define and deliver the results of a business case/plan for capabilities and large features
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and work across teams to build, launch, and make our customers successful
  • Partner with Engineering, Finance, CS, and GTM teams to enhance existing capabilities that positively impact the customer’s experience and increase Net Annual Recurring Revenue (NARR)
  • Drive measurable feature adoption implementing effective go-to-market strategy that can support a product-led growth sales motion
  • Be a subject matter expert and evangelist for Yottaa’s solutions, internally and externally
