Join PointClickCare as a Senior Product Manager – Natural Language Processing Platform (NLP) and contribute to the company's vision and strategy for an NLP platform. Define and own roadmaps for the NLP platform within the broader AI platform, and drive execution and delivery to ensure success with NLP capabilities across the product portfolio. Represent the needs of customers, healthcare providers, and industry partners. Leverage your knowledge and experience of NLP capabilities in health data and AI platforms, applying your experience with development, product use, and adaptation based on customer feedback. Build sophisticated and transformative solutions, from discovery to implementation to delivery. Collaborate effectively in a cross-functional leadership role to ensure successful outcomes for customers while optimizing time to value. Communicate clearly, translating technical platform components for non-technical audiences. Requirements
- 5+ years of Platform / Technical / Software Product Management experience. Strong preference for experience with healthcare data and intelligence (ML, NLP, LLM/SLM)
- 2+ years working with NLP, including experience working in production use cases and adapting based on customer feedback
- Experience working with multiple product teams and data science teams simultaneously
- 2+ years working within a broader health data platform, either with experience with commercial tools (Databricks, Snowflake, Microsoft Open AI studio, Cloudera, etc.) or a custom built data platform
- Familiarity with Healthcare Data and its use across the range of PointClickCare’s customer segments and users. Work experience with Health Plans, EHRs, and Long Term Post-Acute providers is strongly desired
- Proven track record of managing products, innovation, deep curiosity, and drive for building great products
- Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related degree
- Strong written and oral communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Solid understanding of Agile practices
- SaaS, PaaS Cloud software experience
Responsibilities
- Understand and represent the needs of current and future users of NLP capabilities, delivered in a broader AI platform
- Contribute to strategy and multi-year NLP platform roadmap to enable products and users to rapidly develop, configure, and manage agents to drive improved health outcomes, clinician efficiency, and other business goals
- Build and manage backlogs, prioritizing product investments by making inquisitive, decisive tradeoffs using data-driven analysis, sound judgement, and from your experience with NLP in production use cases
- Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineering, User Experience, Technical Writers, and other product managers leveraging agile processes and Design Thinking
- Liaise with Product teams and other functions to ensure successful adoption and support use in product launches and releases
