Senior Product Manager, Partnerships

Summary

Join 1Password's Channels team as a customer-obsessed Product Manager. You will focus on building APIs, webhooks, and integrations for MSPs, resellers, and distributors to sell and support 1Password. This role requires leading design, engineering, and product teams to prioritize customer problems and deliver solutions. You'll need 6+ years of product ownership experience, including 3+ years in SaaS, and a proven track record of shipping successful software. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience owning a product or a set of features and being responsible for its ultimate success with at least 3 years of SaaS experience
• Track record of shipping and improving software and driving business impact through the feature/product you owned
• An action-bias that won’t wait to create change
• Obsession with customer problems
• Represent the voice of the customer to motivate the team
• Strong presentation and leadership skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that scales from technical to non-technical
• Ability to inspire and bring together different teams and stakeholders to drive forward, solve problems and remove roadblocks
• Ability to prioritize tasks and use data - both qualitative and quantitative - to drive decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead the trifecta of Design, Engineering, and Product together to prioritize the most important customer problems
• Identify problems, recommend solutions, and implement them without waiting for direction
• Take full responsibility for outcomes and demonstrate Radical Ownership, as individuals and as a team
• Prioritize Customer Problems by deeply understanding and advocating for our users, basing decisions on evidence
• Maintain a Bias for Action, move and make decisions quickly while considering long-term strategy
• Embrace a Growth Mindset by welcoming change, challenging assumptions, and taking risks to learn
• Proactively share knowledge and insights as Product Experts
• Set and champion the high bar for our products
• Excel at prioritization, collaboration and communication, while holding yourself and others accountable for measuring quality and business results
• Define and complete 1Password’s product portfolio strategy
• Optimize the product to meet the needs of our buyers, users, and administrators
• Work with Engineering, Design, Marketing and GTM teams to ensure quality, security and usability of the service

Preferred Qualifications

• Background and experience in the fields of user privacy, security, identity and access management, partnerships, or billing are a plus
• Excellent presentation skills and experience training internal teams as part of bringing products to market, particularly the sales, support and customer success teams
• Preferred experience building customer-facing APIs, developer platform tools, and billing systems
