Summary

Join Deel's growing team as a Broker Senior Partnerships Manager and be a part of the founding partnerships team. Collaborate with insurance broker partners in a fast-paced environment, building new partnerships throughout North America. Manage the discovery process, work cross-functionally with the Deel AE team and strategic partners, and engage in regular travel, including monthly field visits and attending trade shows. Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience, particularly at a fast-paced B2B startup
  • Successfully carried and exceeded your revenue quota
  • Consistent track record of success (top 10%)
  • Experience selling HRIS/HCM software, global or fintech products
  • Ability to operate at Deel speed (fast-paced environment)
  • Experience selling to/through partnership channel
  • Ability to operate in a distributed and remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Identify organizations with which Deel should form partnerships and build partnerships with them
  • Close, manage, and enable partners to successfully refer clients to Deel
  • Nurture partnerships throughout their whole lifecycle
  • Ideate, launch, and optimize co-marketing campaigns (webinars, events, email, content sharing)
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to drive channel referral growth
  • Build and maintain the partnerships P&L
