Requirements

  • Proven success as a Senior Product Manager in e-commerce, fintech, or consumer product domains
  • Track record of building digital payment solutions, checkout flows, or complex systems that users love
  • Strong expertise in balancing product strategy and execution with hands-on, detail-oriented leadership
  • Ability to navigate and modernize legacy systems while building scalable, forward-thinking solutions
  • Exceptional communication skillsβ€”you can influence and align stakeholders, from engineers to C-level executives

Responsibilities

  • Own and shape the product roadmap for payments, balancing long-term vision with quarterly objectives
  • Lead a talented cross-functional team (engineers, designers, researchers) to deliver products that add measurable value for both doctors and patients
  • Influence end-to-end payment experiences, from doctor appointments to digital wallets, ensuring frictionless user journeys
  • Tackle complex challenges, including legacy systems, to simplify workflows and create autonomy for product teams
  • Build innovative solutions, such as patient wallets that employers or social security programs can top up, transforming how healthcare payments are made globally
  • Drive product discovery and delivery using data to validate decisions and unlock opportunities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including engineering, leadership, and board-level teams, to align and communicate priorities effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Point-of-Sale systems or digital wallets
  • Knowledge of payment provider domains or integrations
