Requirements

  • Proven experience in product marketing within a B2B technology setting, ideally with familiarity in open source software, enterprise security, and technical products
  • Demonstrated ability to manage product launches and go-to-market strategies effectively
  • Understanding of pricing strategies and experience with pricing and packaging adjustments
  • Strong capability in collaborating across various teams including product management, engineering, marketing, and sales
  • Ability to perform well in a dynamic, rapidly growing environment, balancing both strategic planning and hands-on execution
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information in a clear and compelling manner

Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch of a new product in the market, ensuring successful cross-functional rollout across GTM teams and revenue growth
  • Develop and refine product positioning, messaging, presentations, and core content that articulate Chainguard Images' unique value
  • Develop and iterate on pricing for a new product to align with market demand and business objectives and communicate and enable the field with pricing changes
  • Create enablement content, present training and serve as a subject matter expert for sales and sales engineering teams, ensuring the field has the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed
  • Conceive and build campaign experiments to drive new product growth in collaboration with demand generation and corporate marketing teams to determine what will work and scale effective programs
  • Lead compete efforts by enabling the field with training and tools to maintain high win rates against the competition
  • Meet with customers regularly and conduct business value assessment (BVA) conversations in collaboration with field teams to increase win rate and total contract value
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering to influence and lead communication around product roadmap
